Giacomo Gates in Concert!

A benefit jazz concert was held Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 8pm, at the URI Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Center.  World-renowned jazz vocalist Giacomo Gates was accompanied by the Blue Lion Band.  Band members include renowned pianist and Grammy-nominated composer Professor Joe Parillo of the URI Music Department; Dr. Jarred Sims on saxes and flute; Mr. Bryan Rizzuto on bass, and Shastri Richard Sylvester on drums and percussion.
